Tired from a long day of courtly duties, the princess takes a moment to catalogue her magic stones before retiring for the night.
I dedicate this one to =OchreJelly, because it was the discovery of his gallery that prompted an intense desire to paint something fantasy. Then, when I accidently fell in love with this photo from a shoot with a particularly cooperative model, the idea was born. Painting things in candlelight is...different, to say the least. The colours were not at all what I expected! I hope to do another candlelit painting pretty soon. It shall have metalically silver hair. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
